 about something that I enjoy studying


 Hello beautiful people, today I am going to tell you something that I love to study, in general I love to study history. from school I really enjoy history, along the way I met many history teachers who made me love the subject, but at university I got to know social history, whose approach has a more critical look which interested me quite a bit.

Social history is a way of seeing history in a more critical way and not only from one perspective but from several, because according to what is known, history is always told from the exploiting classes and never from the exploited classes since these never they had the means to tell it. From this perspective, an attempt is made to give rise to this version of history that explains much of the events that if only a presepective is told, we are left with loose ends.

This subject caught my attention from before entering the university when I read the classes that I was going to have I knew it would be my favorite, the professor who teaches this subject is Daniel Faure, he is a great professor and I am very sorry for him next year not have this subject, but I appreciate what I learned from this.

my favourite food

 my favourite food: Lasagna my favorite food is lasagna, I like it a lot but in a vegetarian version because I don't eat meat. lasagna consists of doughs with bolognese sauce and white sauce in layers, these sauces accompanied by vegetables are very good. prepare in a baking dish and bake for approximately 20 minutes In general, I love pasta, of all kinds, but I think that lasagna is the most complete food, dough, sauces of different types, dressings, vegetables and in its original version meats, these flavors when combined are very delicious. This is a food to eat on special occasions, but it is not bad for your health, despite the fact that it has a mass, the existence of vegetables is complemented in its preparation, which makes it a very balanced food. This food reminds me a lot of my grandmother who passed away, because she prepared it with great affection, she prepared it for my birthday.
